Return Policy:
Refund up to 30 days from Web Receipt Date. After 30 days Exchange or Store Credit only. After 60 days a 25% Restocking Fee will apply. After 90 days all Sales are final.
Returns and Exchanges accepted only in unused, original condition and with proof of purchase. Personal care items, exchange, special orders, adjustments, modifications, and discounted items are all final sales. Return policy applies to Internet purchases only.

Shipping Policy
Victorinox Stores, Inc. takes pride in offering their customers the highest level of Customer Service available. We will always strive to insure prompt courteous service.
Shipping cost is customers' obligation in any circumstance. It is calculated by UPS charge based on product's weight. It may also vary because of the total value of products and shipping destination.
Standard Shipping
Product will be shipped out within two (2) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) from your order date for standard shipping by UPS Ground Service. Please make your order before 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time if you would like us to process your order in the same date from Monday to Friday not including holidays. Any order made on Saturday will be shipped our next business day. It takes five (5) to seven (7) business days for standard shipping depending on the destination.
Express Shipping
Product will be shipped out within two (2) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) from your order date for Express delivery by UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Please make your order before 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time if you would like us to process your order in the same date from Monday to Friday not including holidays.
